Tzs101-08 #19b Minus Front and Divide Mode

For this assignment I did a practice on Minus Front and Divide Mode in Pathfinder as part of the next assignment. To do this i took a square and a rectangle and showed how using Minus Front took out part of the square with the rectangle. In the second part i showed how Divide Mode with Minus Front can turn the rounded rectangle into what it is on the bottom left next to the finished square.

Tzs101-08 #19a Last Name Illustrator

In this assignment we use Illustrator to write our last name using the tools given. For me I wrote my last name by using mostly pen tool to write the words and using the pen tool again to create the shadows on the words to make them look 3D (the boxes are there for decoration) and then i put the other tools given under my last name as part of the assignment and thats it.

Tzs101-08 #17 Soft Skin Filter

In Mrs. Wang's final Adobe Photoshop assignment (at least for the time being) we take a random picture and add a filter to make them look lighter. To do this we need to take any picture (for this i chose Eminem) and we first convert the image into smart filter mode. Once there we go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur then you can whatever radius you like once you add the radius change the layer setting from normal to screen here the image become very light. Once we've done that add a layer mask and then get the brush tool open the brush picker and click a soft edge brush and click the airbrush thumbnail and drag the slider to about 40% opacity. Once there paint over the eyes and other important features so that they may stand out and there your done.

Tzs101-08 #18 Flash drive by Ruben Ulloa

To do assignment #18 we needed Adobe Illustrator instead of photoshop which was what we had been using previously. So for this assignment (you'll need to use the rectangle tool a lot) get the rectangle tool ready and draw a rectangle of 175 px x 300 px afterwards align the rectangle and create an ellipse of 175 px x 50 px. Then place the ellipse on the bottom of the rectangle and use pathfinder's unite to unite them as one. Once there add a gradient. Once you have done that then you add two more rectangle with sizes 158 px x 12 px and 118 px x 8 px and add go to Effects > Warp > Arc and put the vertical distortion to 10% while also adding a dark gradient to both the rectangles. Then add three squares with similar sizes add a gradient while also adding two little squares inside and a line in the middle plus a rounded rectangle in the middle to make this look like a USB drive once there put USB drive put your name on it anfd you should be done

Tzs101-08 #16 Quick Mask

To do this assignment i took a picture of Rapper Kendrick Lamar and took the picture and with a paint brush set to a certain point i colored his face red and his hair purple. On the corners is the original of the hair and the same painted red. After that there's nothing left to do and we're done.

Tzs101-08 #15 Smart Filtering

To do this assignment we first have to find a picture of a moving object (it can be anything from a car to a train to a plane) i choose a jet. Once i choose a picture i then added motion blur under blurs to make the entire picture blurred up. I then used an eraser to erase certain parts of the blur on the jet to make it look like its moving and then we're done.

Tzs101-08 #14a and b Flag Displacement

This assignment was made by first finding a picture of a brick wall then a flag of whichever country you want (for this i choose Dominican Republic's flag). Once you have the two pictures you combine them then turn the flag to hard light to make it stand out more while also making a copy of the brick wall and desaturating the color of the copy to make it look gray. Once then you add a gaussian blur under blurs and filters and later add a displacement under distort to make the flag look like it was painted onto the wall.

With part b you do the same exact things except this time the background is a picture of yourself and the brick wall is your face. We do the same exact things add the Gaussian Blur and the Displacement and now we make it look like the flag was painted on my face.
